There are ugly truths  and pretty lies.
When I lost them,
I chose neither.
I wrapped myself in silence.
My husband, my best friend, became a stranger who gave up.

moved in next door, and everything changed.
You think you know this story,
but you don’t.
Be careful what you ask for because the answer may not come
the way you think.

“I’m weighted down by the past depressed by the future, I’m sucking up all the despair in the room and infecting it with my own.”

He Lived Next Door is not what you’d expect.

The story starts out in such a cute way. A little cheesy but i found it to be cute. Bryce and Chassidy are perfect for each other. They have the perfect HEA story, they both have jobs that they love. They love each other but things haven’t gone well for them. They are both desperate to fix their marriage. One struggles with helping the other and the other struggles with feeling lost and empty after having gone through one of the most heartbreaking situations.

This story was definitely one I didn’t expect, I found myself rolling my eyes at Chassidy on a few occasions. At the same time, I understood some of her choices. I totally understood Bryce in this story. Sometimes you feel like you have given your all and there is nothing left to give.

You will experience different emotions with this story. I went from rolling my eyes, crying, and feeling heavy hearted.

I knew there was a twist in this story but I sure as hell didn’t expected to be this one. That was unexpected and it sure kept me reading.

This story will talk about issues that a lot of couples go though. Communication, loyalty, loss, pain, faith, and forgiveness. Give this book a try.

I enjoyed the backstory characters. Carter was my fave.

Happy reading.

Author Bio
I’m obsessed with blowing kisses. I guess that makes me a romantic. I love books and cute boys and reading about cute boys in books. I’m infatuated with the glamour girls of the past: Audrey, Dorothy, Marilyn, Elizabeth. I’m a self-confessed girly girl, book nerd, food enthusiast, and comic book fan. Odd combination huh, you have no idea…
