1. What is one thing about you that would surprise us?
Oh Lord, I’m not very mysterious. Probably, that I got married when I was 22, and my husband was only 21.

2. What would an ideal day be for you?
Spending a lazy day with my family.  A day when we don’t have anything we “have” to do.

1. What is one thing about you that would surprise us?
I used to work for a sexual health charity. One day I might be chatting to people who were HIV positive, another day it might be prostitutes. I learned a lot, good and bad.

2. What would an ideal day be for you?
Walking my little dog on the beach. She’s quite elderly now, 12, so it’s more of a stroll with a few romps when she thinks she’s still a puppy. Followed by a latte at my favourite beach café with Pip and my husband, followed by sitting at my computer to write with no interruptions for four or five hours. I’d forgive Catherine Hardwicke for calling from LA to talk about our latest movie collaboration, and Kathryn Bigelow calling about the new screenplay I’m writing for her. Then another Pip walk, a box of calorie-free chocolates with a cup of tea, watching ‘Dirty Dancing’ (which my husband wouldn’t talk all the way through), and curling up in clean sheets that someone else has washed, ironed and wrapped around my duvet. (Fantasies are allowed, right?)

1. What is one thing about you that would surprise us?
I used to say my Improv background, but most people who know me know that. So I am going to go with my sixth sense. I can predict 3 areas of my life: good/bad outcomes to the men in my life, career, and the last one is lame but true, certain tv show (episode) or movie will randomly pop in my head and within a week I see it on tv. I told you the last one was lame.

2. What would an ideal day be for you?
Someone would watch the kids (I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys under 5 yrs) and I would have the day to write. Seriously, I NEVER get to do that. I envy the authors who even have half a day to write. I love my kids, but mom needs a break every so often, lol.

1. What is one thing about you that would surprise us?
Besides being able to kick ass with a nail gun, I grew up sailing and love it.  I even learned to race at a young age, though I probably wouldn’t be great at it now, but it was a lot of fun.

2. What would an ideal day be for you?
My ideal day?  Hmm…I would sleep until I woke up on my own, and when I did, I’d be in the mountains during the summer.  I would sit outside, drinking coffee and reading, followed by a hike, dinner, a fire, and cocktails.  All with my family and dog, of course.

🙊

2. What would an ideal day be for you?
Wake up when my body feels like it, read a book, nap, read some more while a maid cleans and a chef cooks. Then my son gives me kisses every time he sees me, and my husband comes home with a diamond ring… hehehe. Hey, why not?

Coffee, run or yoga, more coffee, yogurt and granola, write outside in my chair all day with my beagles, Chardonnay and pizza for dinner. Oh, and if it were 80 degrees and no humidity that would make it even better.
